Maps isn't downloading

I recently moved to South Korea from Canada and now most of my apps aren't working... I deleted them and re downloaded them and that seemed to fix the problem, I also changed my country in the settings. But my maps app is working, and I cant delete it. It's doesn't load the picture, all I see are tiles.. I've tried closing my phone and restarating it but that doesn't work either... I know there are other maps out there but I like this app the best... Any suggestion?
