Randomly losing Phone Contacts on Iphone 6

I have been experiencing this quite frequently now.

I save a contact in my contacts list , and it is gone after a few days...

This happens randomly. And I am not sure what the reason is. It seems like a bug.

I hope Apple can fix this issue.

IPhone 6 (IOS 8.3/8.4)
