I have an IPhone 6 after turn on my iphone blue screen and restart by itself
please help me and you tell me what should I do for fix it

Turn iPhone off
Connect lead to USB on your PC
Press & hold power button on iPhone don't let go
Connect lead to iPhone keep power button pressed
Until PC sees iPhone wait for restore .
You may need to do this more than once.
If this doesn't work make an appointment at
Apple Store .

that doesn't work and I do other something for fix it but I can't fix it
I do below action:
1.restore by IPhone and erase all of thing and reset factory
2.restore by ITunes
3.update from IOS 8.3 to 8.4
but this problem doesn't fix. Should I do for fix it ?

If you have tried all of that, go ahead an book an appointment at your local Apple Store and allow a technician perform a DFU restore via one of their imaged laptops.
