Videos not playing from camera roll

After I updated my phone to ios 8.4 my videos stopped playing it just has the spinning bubble and they never play I've restored my phone and backup I've rebooted and I've also disable my icloud photos and reenabled. Nothing seemed to work so I plugged my phone into the computer to view all the files in my phone most videos play in quick time and are mp4 files but the other ones are .mov files and say they are 0kb but if somebody sends me a video that I have in my phone it plays in the message but I can't save it I really want my videos but I might have to delete them
