What is the Apple icon menu shortcut?

I'm baffled that after a painstaking search in the Apple site, Google and whatever else, I couldn't find the most elementary thing:

A KEYBOARD SHORTCUT TO OPEN THE APPLE LOGO MENU - the little Apple logo at the top left, you know? I believe Mac users must have seen it at least once in their lifetime...

Can anybody help?

Thanks

Assuming your F2-key normally changes the screen brightness, hold down these three keys together:

'ctrl' + ' fn' + 'F2-Key'

, which will highlight the 'Apple Menu' and then 'return' to open it.
