I cannot find Photo Stream on my iPhone, instead there is a Recently Deleted album

I had Photo Stream on my iPhone 5, but I cannot find it in Photos-->Albums anymore. In Settings-->iCloud-->Photos-->Upload to My Photo Stream, I have activated to upload my photos to Photo Stream.

Earlier, I could download photos to my MacBook Pro iPhoto library and access them directly on my iPhone through Photo Stream but I cannot do it anymore.
