Entire iphone storage is read as "other" by itunes

Ever since the itunes 12 update, I've unable to transfer any form of data from my pc to my iphone 6

As seen in this link above, my itunes reads all the data in my iphone as "other"

I have done a clean reinstall of itunes by clean I mean really clean from appdata and everything.

Restored my iphone

Luckily, I have a macbook pro and it works fine but sadly my macbook as a pretty small storage to hold all of my songs and my school work and can't keep it there

I the end i found out that the main problem is my itunes on windows hope someone has a fix for this thanks
