Q: Unable to delete loops in My Loops

I have read up everything I could including using the Finder to locate the file or simply press delete.
There is absolutely no User Loops folder under my Apple Loops, and the loop file I created still exist in My Loops after I actually delete the whole Apple Loops folder. I deleted GarageBand as well and restart and reinstall, the file still in My Loops.

Nothing works for me.

How to delete this trash?
