I tried to install the new IOS, but now my phone is completely blocked.

I've just got a new Iphone 5S from a friend. It worked perfectly, and I installed the profile and settings that I had on my 3GS. However, when I tried to install the new IOS, it made my computer crashed. Since then, I can't get rid of a message of the screen saying, connect the Iphone to Itunes. When I does that, it says that an error is happening and they can't reinstall or actualize my phone...
