4G settings problems on iphone 5 Ios 8

Iphone 5 Ios8.4

the 4G does not exist on the menu

I select LTE as required by network carrier 4G network (Meditel morocco) but only 3G sign appear on the top of my screen

I contact the carrier,i reset the network settings.
