If I delete a back up from an old iPhone to gain more storage space for my new iPhone, will I lose the back up that is on my computer as well?

I need to gain more storage space on my iPhone 6, but I have an old back up from my iPhone 5 still there. I want to delete it, but i am scared that all the media that I have on my computer from the iPhone 5 will also be erased. If i delete the back up will everything from my computer that was on that same bak up go with it too?
