ok, I made a mistake to update to 8.4 on my iphone 5s. The issue is now that most of my music (which I have not uploaded via this useless iTunes apps. but in using copytransmanager) is not accessible anymore though it is still on my iphone, instead I have now a library date from September last year (when it was the last time I used Itunes)
cut a long story short, how can I get rid of the music apps and get back to the one which was part of 8.3?

You cannot. You're going to need to use iTunes to properly load your music.
You cannot, it is part of iOS 8.4, and downgrading is not supported by Apple.
I never agreed to using itunes (which never addressed my needs in respect to music library) and now I'm forced to use this **** again.
I will back up my phone and will go back to 8.3 as I also realized that the battery is flattening far quicker than before.

It is listed as a requirement on the outside of the iPhone box.

As has been noted, downgrading is not supported by Apple. If you do so, you do it at your own risk. Be aware that you will never be able to restore your phone if you have problems as that would put 8.4 back on it again.
Definitely backup your iPhone as that is a good practice, but Apple has never supported downgrading an iOS. When a new version is released the files for the previous version are removed from the server. There is no path available to downgrade.
