iTunes crashes when I try to Add to My Music (Apple Music)

Each time I click on "Add to My Music" for an album, iTunes begins to run and then crashes. When I click on Cloud Music Library, in Preferences, iTunes crashes (see attached).

Is there a setting I'm not correctly using?

Mac mini, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)
