Music on my MacBook Air in iTunes is not showing up on my IOS device in My Music. I am using the latest software on both. I tried Setting/Music/Turned off Apple Music/Turned off ICloud Music Library. Then turned them both back on and clicked replace the device's library with iCloud library. It downloaded but still missing songs.
