latest i Tunes asks to download and update manually

Hi,

I have tried to update the latest iTunes 12.2 but it could not go through. Then it asks to go and upgrade manually which also, did not go through.

With this methodology I have turned off the firewall of my antivirus tool but again could not update.

http://www.apple.com/itunes/download should offer the right version of iTunes for your system. Clicking on the Download button should get you the right installer. Alternatively, these are the direct links:

Windows 7 or later, 32-bit - iTunesSetup.exe
Windows 7 or later, 64-bit - iTunes6464Setup.exe
Windows 7 or later, 64-bit "for older video cards" (actually 32-bit application w/ 64-bit installer) - itunes64setup.exe
