My iPhone screen is broken and I cannot enter an access code so that the "Restore" phone setting can operate. I keep getting error code 3014 when I attempt to restore. What can I do to wipe the phone?
I am trying to restore factory settings on a phone with a broken screen but I keep getting a 3014 error, and cannot enter passcode to open phone. iOS 8.3 is installed currently. I need to clear the phone before returning it and any help is appreciated.
