Freezing and restarting iPhone 4

I restarted my phone and now it'll only go to the lockscreen, and after I type in the passcode it'll freeze at the home screen and then go to the apple logo and then the lockscreen again. I've tried restarting it and waiting for hours before turning back on. It's an iPhone 4 running on the latest iOS 7 I think. I don't want to restore it to factory settings because I have a lot of pictures I just took in Norway that my mom wants to see

Also everything else works (like the lockscreen camera) perfectly fine until I type in the passcode an it freezes. Also my sim locks when I turn off my phone completely

Update: I tried taking out the SIM card and it still froze but there was no message asking whether I wanted to unlock my SIM card or not, so I don't think that's the issue.
