TTrying to download book from iBooks terms and conditions have changed but no button to agree to terms

Q: No button to accept new terms and conditions for iBooks
I had the same problem. I called AppleCare and they simply had me install the latest UPDATE for my iPad . Then when I was told to read the new terms and conditions, it offered an accept/I AGREE button.
