Switch primary and secondary Apple ID-option not offered on website

I want to with my primary Apple ID with my secondary Apple ID. The option to edit my primary ID is mot presented,a though all the text reads I should eb able to change the primary ID?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.4.10)

Any reason you have multiple AppeIDs?

What do you mean "swap” them.

Use whichever you want (though I don’t recommend it as you will have apps/data from separate AppleIDs to keep track of).
