Q: I lost Pages, Numbers, Keynote, iMovie and GarageBand

Hello, I bought macbook pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014) last year and I got Pages, Numbers, Keynote, iMovie and GarageBand but recently something happened with my mbp so i decided to reset it and i found that i lost these 4 softwares. I tried looking the ‘purchases’ tab in app store but i did not see the softwares. How can I get it back? T T

    Hey there ponprachan,

    Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

It sounds like there is an issue reinstalling apps that came with your MacBook Pro because they aren’t appearing in Purchases. If you haven't already, take a look at the article linked below which outlines the reasons why apps may not appear in Purchases.

Accept bundled apps using the Mac App Store - Apple Support

Bundled apps don't appear in Purchases

You might have previously hidden one or more of your Purchases in the Mac App Store window. Check to see if your purchase is hidden.

You might also have accepted these apps using a different Apple ID. Sign in using the Apple ID that you initially used to purchase these apps. If you're not sure which Apple ID was used, check to see if anyone else who uses your Mac accepted these apps.

    Ciao,
