Why I'm not able to download over 100 MB file using cellular data?

Hello,

I'm using iPhone 6 with latest iOS 8.4, my question is why I'm not able to download over 100 MB files using my cellular data? it always says that I need to connect to Wi-Fi to download over 100 MB files, please let us select what we want to use for downloading, you may just display a warning message to notify that I'm going to use cellular data to download the file, and than it should be my decision whatever I want to use, hope someone is listening and remove this stupid limitation in iOS 9.

We are all fellow users on here and not Apple employees, Apple does not participate.

You may be running into a limit imposed by your cellular see ive provider.

I was using the same cellular provider on my android phone and able to download any file without any limitation, and I use unlimited data plan so I know its not my cellular provider.
