permission denied

While trying to use Apple Music at the NY Sports Club on their WiFi the DRM for Apple Music appears to be blocked. I get the message "you do not have permission" for this music or in the radio I get " incompatible media" when I try to use Apple Music on their WiFi. It works fine everywhere else include on cellular. What could the sports club WiFi be doing that is blocking the DRM?
