Restore vs new phone setup after growing issues

i having been having growing problems with my iPhone. Lost my AirPrint connection, and can't get it back. After this 8.4 update I've had problems with Bluetooth (iTunes just stops playing in my car randomly). And after joining the streaming program It had made multiple duplicate playlists, when I tried to clean it up and resync, I lost all my playlists on my iPhone. Music is still there. Has any one had similar problems. I'm considering a full erase/reset, and activate phone as new instead of restore. This sounds like the best option. Opinions?

Yes a DFU restore and setup as new will solve all software issues.

If you restore from a backup it will bring back your data as well as previous issues.

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

During the setup select setup as a new device.

I personally DFU and setup as new after every update.

Nothing beats a freshly restored device :-P
