Hello! I recently when through my whole music library and marked the song i don't wanna hear during my shuffle to skip during shuffle. After upgrading to ios 8.4 my iphone 5s has been playing all the songs i recently marked to skip and others that i had marked months ago. Is this just me? Is there a fix?

I agree. A fix for this would be nice. I know of a couple of developers at lease who have submitted bug reports for this very issue. Hopefully Apple considers those reports and pushes out an update soon. And maybe they can fix some of the other shuffling woes abundant in the new Music app while they're at it. Doesn't seem like it'd be something that difficult to correct.
This is by far the most annoying bug. Especially when you have a few thousand songs marked as skip and they keep popping up on shuffle 😠
Same problem here... I use my iPhone to play music daily, and do the same as you. We need a fix!!! Here's my thread on the issue as well:
