how to write code for link in graphic

I currently have a clickable email signature, which is a graphic, that takes you to my biz website. However, I've changed the graphic and do not know how to write the code that makes it a live html. Previously, I paid someone to do it but if there's a script for this or some other way for me to recreate the code to make the new graphic clickable, I would appreciate it very much.
