If I tap "Add Credit or Debit Card" it does nothing at all. The cell doesn't even select. I have one card I already added a while back, but I wanted to add another card. I'm afraid to remove the one I have because I can't add another.

So also I tried removing the card, and now I can't add one at all. There's not even a button for it and instead of saying "Passbook & Apple Pay" it just says "Passbook" and there is no place to add Apple Pay.
According to page 58 of the Apple Watch User Guide https://manuals.info.apple.com/MANUALS/1000/MA1708/en_US/apple_watch_user_guide. pdf you have to set up cards for Apple Pay in the Apple Watch app on the phone.
See the question and look at the description of the problem. I'm obviously doing that. I know how to do it, I already did it for one card, now it is broken.

Where are you located? Is your card one listed that is supported? Not all cards at banks that are supported can be added. Have you checked with your financial institution? Have you done any troubleshooting on your iPhone? You say you are afraid to remove the one but before you even get an answer you remove it? It's fine now though after having reset the watch and erased all settings and doing the same on the iPhone as well. It took that much work just to get the button back and working. Now I have both my cards added.
Why can I not tap Add Debit or Credit Card under Passbook in the iWatch App?
