iTunes Radio Streaming Pauses Constantly 😢

Using IOS 8.4 on iPhone 5S (Sprint) while connected via WiFi to T-Mobile hotspot.

Network performance exceeds 35 bit/sec.

Listening to NPR FM streaming via iTunes and the audio is constantly pausing and must be manually restarted.

No other apps are in use.
