Shuffling the order of a playlist

Why on earth do you not have basic option of shuffling a playlist in a different indexed order(not just playing in a shuffled order)?

I have to drag them to change??? this is bad...

Music Match who had this option was the greatest music player ever over 10 years ago before yahoo bought and destroyed it.

I'm a programmer this is easy!!!!!!

Mater of fact you could give the option for people to save different shuffled orders....
