Where is shuffle on new iTunes?. I have 4s 32gig

I Don't use my computer to play music just the iPhone 4s. Any idea on that?

Siri > "Play music, shuffled".
Otherwise look for the word Shuffle or the twisted arrow symbol and tap on those.

I Have the same/similar problem. Once upon a time, on my iPhone or iPad I could press the twisted arrow symbol. This toggled between shuffle or playing in sequence. Now, I get a message asking me about "up next" and similar options which make no sense. The playlists are stuck in shuffle mode.
Rather than put up with this nonsense, is there a way of reverting to a previous USEABLE version of iTunes which did what you wanted it to do?
Downgrading iOS is not supported. There are other music playing apps. I like to use Wall Of Sound from time to time.
