My new 12" macbook and adaptor become super hot while charging

Hi,

I just received the new Macbook 12" last month and I noticed that both the macbook itself and the adaptor turn super hot while charging...is this normal?

No, it's not. Take it back and have it replaced.

I forgot I didn't mention that it turns super hot while it's charging AND me using it. Is it still not normal?

No, that's not normal. It shouldn't get super hot at all.
