Hey,
I use my iPod touch to stream internet radio. After a few second the App Store app loads. Have used restrictions to disable app functions but now it loads a blank white Safari browser page. Any help?

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Go to Settings.iTunes ans and App Store and sign out and sign back in
- Go to Settings>Safari and Clear Data, History and Cookies
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.
Thanks for replying. I followed your instructions and it seemed to work, but less than 2 minutes later, the App Store app loaded and displayed an ad for Words With Friends. The nearest Apple Store is more than 1800 kilometres away in Montreal, while I live in Newfoundland. Thanks for the advice, though. Guess I'll just have to live with it for now. Regards, Matt.
Do you have any Profiles installed>Settings>General?
No. No profiles.
If you successfully restored (went through all steps without error) to factory settings/new iPod via iTunes (Not via Settings>General>Reset>Erase all Content and Setting) and still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem.
