How can i change all the long distance codes at once

Ive been moving around recently from Venezuela to the US, to Perú

and my phone has different Local dialing codes... for example

Joe's Phone (305.555.55.55)

That will perfectly work the US

But when in recive the call here in Perú it shows

Unknown Caller (01.305.555.55.55)

That's a pain because i never know who is calling

I know i can solve this by adding the +1 code to each number (in case of the US lines) and the +58 to the venezuelan lines, but...

Is there a way a can change all of this massively or do i have to go one contact at the time?
