Hello, My 4th Gen Ipod touch will not download Facebook, or anything to do with facebook or any other app I could find except one which worked. It let me download kik But not any others? How can i resolve this problem the IOS is 6.1.6 and i cannot update further, i downloaded kik through the itunes on my laptop. Please help

I Don't have access to a computer is this the only way to solve problem
You do need a computer or another iOS device that can "purchase'" the current version and iTunes and to be signed into your account on the computer or iOS device.
