Greyed out tracks (UK)

I'm in the UK and have subscribed to Apple Music. There are LOTS of albums/playlists that have greyed out tracks that I cannot play. For example, on the Andrea Bocelli album "Romanza (Remastered)" all tracks are available except for track 15 (Time to Say Goodbye, duet with Sarah Brightman). This track is available in Spotify on the exact same album.

Even more strangely, take the album "Hats Off To The Buskers" by The View. Every track is available, except track 7 "Face For The Radio". I thought it must be licensing issues, but that would just be bizarre - The View are a UK band, and they perform and write every track on that album - why would track 7 be unavailable?

This is even more frustrating given that:

a) sometimes Apple own's playlists design for me in the For You section take me to playlists with loads of unavailable tracks

and

b) the Apple Store UK web page advertising Music membership plans specifically says "Get access to the full Apple Music library"

Some albums in iTunes Store contains tracks that are "Album Only". These are greyed out and cannot be purchased individually. They can't even be previewed.

The same songs are greyed out in Apple Music.

Take the album "How Does It Feel" by MS MR as example.

This is most likely a bug and will be fixed, but reporting it will likely speed up the process. Annoying!
