apple logo keep flashing and can't turn on the phone

could anyone help me , i have my iphone5 the battery was almost empty then i plug in to the wall , it is only flashing the apple logo but cant turn on the iphone

Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, the iPhone wont turn on past the Apple logo. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
