I was trying to install the new iphone update but I received an error message saying it was unsuccessful and I need to update or restore my software. None of these are working. I've tried shutting off and turning on my phone but I keep getting the same thing on my screen. It's been hours since ITunes says it is extracting software but nothing is happening. Help please
