the apps that I purchased on my iPhone I am wanting to install them onto my iPad mini 2 but it won't let me, even though I've paid for it on my iPhone on my iPad it shows the price next to the app that I've already purchased expecting me to buy it again, how can I put these already purchased apps onto my iPad Without having to pay for them again?

This is because you're using different iTunes/App store account on the iPad mine than your iPhone
On the iPad: Settings > iTunes & App Store > touch Apple ID > sign out > Sign In with the same Apple ID used on your iPhone iTunes/App store setting
I Have done mate forgot to mention that in my last post, both accounts are the same on iPad and iPhone
II've managed to do it, put in wrong email lol!
only problem I have now though is when I click the download icon next to the app it asks to verify my payment info, I type in my card details and says its declined, I got no money in my account on my card but thought you didn't have to if you already paid for the app and wanted to download it again, is there a way round this?
The card need to be valid and has fund on it, even if the app is free.
