Repairing macbook at the apple store after DIY work

Hi. I replaced few months ago my macbook's trackpad by myself, but the spare part i purchased on ebay was crappy and it stopped working. Now i want to repair it at the apple store and i 'm concerned that they could refuse to repair it. Is that possible or is it fine, as long as I pay? Obviously my macbook is out of warranty.

MacBook Pro (13-inch Early 2011), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

Apple warranty and store policy is to provide no support if unauthorized work was performed or genuine Apple parts were replaced with unauthorized parts. What you describe fits that policy meaning they store may refuse to provide any support or service. However, you can always go there and ask. The worst case result is they say no.
