I want to skip forward/backward a few seconds (10-20).

When listening to a podcast I often want to skip forward/go back a few secs. How? I'm on a tablet w/ a very small screen so using the cursor to move the playline back/forward isn't an option (too small). There used to be an icon for this. Help? THX!
