anybody experienced the same problem? im using iphone 6+. i already tried to resync it with itunes on my pc but still the same. if i go to my device on itunes and check on music, it will show me all my music but some are grey scaled.

I was having a similar issue in not finding some of the purchased music that was on my iPhone. In My Music, open up the view option (Artists|Albums|Songs|etc.) and on the bottom, turn on 'Show iTunes Purchases'. This will make it that all iTunes music purchases will show in the listing, even the ones not on the device at the moment.
If there is a way to change the 'Kind' setting of the file from 'Purchased Audio' ....
Or have the Music player understand to show all files that are actually on the device!!

after i updated my iphone my whole music library disapeared (actually just explicit albums) and i couldn't download it from itunes. i tried to resync with my pc but it didn't work. so i called apple customer service, they said it's about copyright and it'll be done in a few days. it did not and i still can't listen music on my phone
