iTunes 12.2 won't start at all

iTunes 12.2 won't start at all on iMac (27-inch, Late 2012) I already updated all the apps based on the app store, it shows a blank fullscreen window but a message appears on the desktop saying (Use iCloud music library ?) but clicking (not now) or (use iCloud...etc) doesn't work either

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)
