Basically, yes; the files will remain, but they contain a form of DRM which prevents them from being played without an active Apple Music subscription.

What if I pay the 10 dollars for a few moths but decided to cancel the subscription after the moths, will the same thing happen?
Yes. You'll have access to that music only while you pay the monthly fee. It's not "your" music. You're allowed to listen to it only if you keep paying for the privilege.
