What do you want to do? and Yosemite is not a version of IOS - it is a version of OS X

In Photos under OS X Yosemite you can change the time and date using the adjust time/date command

Sorry I meant OS X Yosemite. I want to display or add a timestamp (date) on the photos for prints. Thank you.

that can not be done in Photos - it would require an image editor like PhotoShoo Elements
