iTunes 12.2 Slow to Add Genre?

Anyone else noticing a 3-5 min hang when changing items from one or no genre to another? I'm seeing it with movies but this didn't happen before 12.2. Any ideas for getting rid of the hang? iTunes still responds, just very slowly..
