My Music Library

My Music Library is taking long to load what should I do.

iPhone 6

Running iOS 8.4

I turned on iCloud Music Library on my iPhone at around 3pm (MST) and it is now 6:30pm (MST) and my music library is still loading and I have tried over WiFi and LITE but nothing is working.

What should I try to do to get it to load my music library?
