I rented a movie, and now I can't download it

I rented a movie on my iPad and started downloading it. In the middle of the download I brought my iPad somewhere where there was no internet so the download stopped. When i got back to where there was internet, I couldn't resume the download. When I go into iTunes there is no downloads tab.
