How to change Apple store

I created my apple accounts in Nigeria and now have relocates to the United States and i tried downloading US bank mobile apps and each time i tried the apple store directs me to Nigerian apple store. i later changed my home address and country but it does same thing. How am i gonna fix that cus i needed to download the US bank apps on my Iphone 6 Plus.
