iTunes could not sync contacts to the iPhone becaus the sync server failedto sync the iPhone

I just updated iTunes to Version 12.2.0.145 and now I get this error: iTunes could not sync contacts to the iPhone becaus the sync server failedto sync the iPhone. I've restarted both phone and laptop (windows 8.1)

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.3, windows 8.1
