When will the 2015 back to school discount start?

After doing extensive research, one person said that the promotion may begin tomorrow, on July 7th! The pattern is that apparently it begins the first Tuesday in July. In 2013, it began on July 2nd and last year on July 1st. This year, it'll probably begin July 7th because tomorrow is the first Tuesday in July.

Any update on this?

Is Apple going off script?

This year the Australia/New Zealand one happened two weeks later than last year so we might have to wait another week
