Exactly what gets erased in "Erase And Sync"

exactly what does get removed and if my iphone is backed up can i restore everything again after erase and sync?

because my old PC's HDD just crashed everything erased so does my iTunes library what gets erased?

Is Safari history tabs,sessions etc fine?

Is Notes fine?

Reminders?

what about photos?

All your personal data is erased including Safari history, tabs, Notes, Reminders, etc.

Erase means reverting to factory settings as if the device were brand new.

You can re download purchases after you reinstall > Download past purchases

You can use iCloud to backup and restore iOS devices instead of iTunes > iCloud - Get Started - Apple Support
